– Oversee SCI OKC activities
– Guide the management of SCI OKC business
– Keep financial records for the organization
– Keep official records/minutes for the organization
– Recommend policies and new programs to the Board
– Develop plans for fundraising opportunities

– Set policies and determine new programs
– Serve on at least one committee in addition to the Board

– Develop dues structure for members, keep current
– Develop plans to establish and expand membership base
– Establish subcommittee to plan Annual Meeting and Membership Drive

Responsibilities:
– Develop overall public relations plan to promote SCI OKC
– Assist membership Committee in developing marketing material for promoting membership
– Assist Sister City Chairs in promoting their relationships and special programs/events
– Produce quarterly newsletter for members
– Develop and maintain SCI OKC website

Committee Chair: Vice-President of Programs
Meetings: As called by Chair
Responsibilities:
– Investigate SCI programs in other cities and recommend new programs SCI OKC
– Attend SCI Conference to research programs and projects
– Target specific programs for individual city relationships and facilitate through partnerships
– Establish long-range planning committee to determine goals for the organization and identify financial needs

– Promote Sister City relationship and specific programs throughout the community
– Attract members to become involved in each specific Sister City Committee

– Prepare slate of Officers and Board Members for consideration of the membership at the Annual Meeting
