We are glad to announce a Sister Cities OKC meeting with Sister Cities Board in Kigali, Rwanda and the Rwandan women of the PEACE THROUGH BUSINESS program, several of whom were recently in OKC.

SISTER Cities OKC President Vicki Clark Gourley and Board Member Carol Sander presented a SCI FRIENDSHIP plaque to Kigali Vice Mayor Hope Tumukunde. The Kigali women arranged a dinner party for the OKC group at Chez Landau.
